In addition to the selected individual entries, this year’s exhibition includes the addition of portfolios by individual artists featuring 8-10 images from a body of work and an artist’s statement. Our congratulations to the accepted photographers and our sincere thanks to all who submitted to help make this important component of the exhibition possible.
We also congratulate the 2024 PNM Portfolio Award recipients: Alison Uyehara and Leslie Gleim, who were invited to exhibit their entire portfolios in the Downtown Art Center gallery space for the physical exhibition in February 2024.
This year we formed a special category known as “Friends of Pacific New Media”—non-residents of Hawai‘i who are regular, active students of PNM classes and were invited to submit portfolios for the online portion of the exhibition only.
