Explore the means and methods of photographing people with an established master of portrait photography. Learn techniques of posing, lighting, working with models, choosing locations, camera settings, lens choices, and portable lighting solutions.

Class takes place online via Zoom software. Participants are sent a link and preparatory information in advance. 

Michael Gilbert is a highly successful photographer who loves illustrative portraiture and divides his time between his studio in Hawaii and Paris. Michael has had a one man show at the International Museum of Photography has been a headline speaker for Imaging USA, WPPI, Photokina, and Photo Plus. He teaches for Pacific New Media, Passport to the Arts, and engagements world-wide. He loves working with students and doing small seminars in unique and amazing locations.
