Room 110, Eiben Hall, Chaminade University
Fee: $250
Instructor: David Ulrich
Photographic vision, concept, and craft, including camera use, post-processing, and presentation methods are all mutually dependent and influence each other. This class addresses the complex, creative relationship between the vision, ideas, and intent of the photographer with their craft—whether behind a camera or in image editing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or Capture One.
Through making photographs, hands-on editing sessions, discussion of camera use and capture strategies, slide shows and critiques, learn to more fully integrate your vision and ideas with your creative and technical process and make photographs that more fully express your creative intent.
Prerequisite: A basic knowledge of photography and basic familiarity with image editing software.
Please bring 6-8 jpg examples of your work to the first class
